• Job description
? Research requirement and test data
? Communicate with PM/ clients to request or coordinate information
? Prepare and build Test plans, Testcase
? Create specification and update tasks daily
? Work on automatic test applications and report issues on issue tracking system
? Evaluate actual result
? Final quality report on Projects or on a Period
? Build a testing team of professionals with appropriate skills, attitudes and motivation
? Ensure content and structure of all Testing documents are documented and maintained
? Stimulate and support other team members to work
? Constantly improve communication and work environment
? Train new members
• Requirements
? At least 1 - 2 years experience in relevant field
? Bachelor degree in IT field
? Basic knowledge of reading code
? Intermediate knowledge about HTML & CSS, Core Access/ MySQL/ SQLServer
and Automated test tool
? Deep knowledge about Test process, Ecommerce logic and UML
? Good communication with company staffs and in team level
? Good teamwork, organizing & time management skills
? Have good skill in analysis, forecast and solving the problem
? Fluent in English
